Appointments at my current treatment space will only be available until 26th June, with limited availability remaining, so if you’ve been meaning to book in, now is the time. After this, I’ll be moving from my current town-centre location to a new space at Gillcumber Glamping, Winton, Kirkby Stephen. This move will allow for a calmer, more focused treatment space, with some new treatment packages and offerings in the works. I’m looking forward to settling into the new space and sharing more with you soon.

'Rerooting' is important in today's fast-paced and often stressful world. It's easy to become disconnected from our bodies, our environment, and our deeper sense of purpose. When we reroot, we bring ourselves back to the present moment and reconnect with the natural world around us. This can help us feel more grounded, centred, and calm, and can support our overall physical, emotional, and (dare I say) spiritual wellbeing.
Whether you're interested in the energies of holistic therapy or the physical benefits of touch, bringing your body back to a natural homeostatic balance is our goal.

I believe it's important to know a little about your therapist.
Hello! My name is Natalie - I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist based in Kirkby Stephen, qualified in Reflexology, Reflexology for Menopause, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy.

Holistic therapy is an approach to healthcare that considers the whole person. It recognises that a person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are interconnected and works to promote balance and wellness in these areas. It can be beneficial for individuals seeking to improve (as well as upkeep) their overall well-being or manage a specific health condition. However, it is important to note that it should not be used as a substitute for traditional medical treatment but rather as a complement to it.
I am a registered therapist with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Established in 1962, the FHT is the largest professional body for complementary, beauty and sports therapy. It serves to provide practical support to therapists and to protect the public's health by ensuring high standards in both training and practice. We have a code of conduct to abide by and other professionals in our field to turn to.
