Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to keep my work-life balance and to ensure that I can accommodate as many clients as possible, I have the following cancellation policy:

• Notice period: I ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the appointment to another client who may be on my waiting list.
• Late cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice I reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged for the full treatment.
• Refunds: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, I can either reschedule your appointment for another time or provide you with a full refund.

I do understand that emergencies can happen, so if you have a last-minute emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
